Graphic Designer (Presentations)

Overview

In this role you will craft high-quality, on-brand visual content to support internal communications and leadership-facing materials. You collaborate with Learning and Development, Brand, Marketing and Commercial teams to turn complex information into clear visuals. You’ll design presentations and assets using PowerPoint, Keynote and Adobe Creative Suite, building templates and reusable design systems. You’ll own your workload, balance multiple requests, and deliver accurate work with discretion. This is a chance to shape how ideas are communicated across a large, dynamic retail group with a fearless, collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality PowerPoint and Keynote presentations
• Translate complex information into clear visual stories
• Create reports and visual communications using Adobe Creative Suite
• Build templates, toolkits, and reusable design assets
• Manage a mix of planned work and short-notice requests
• Collaborate with Learning & Development, Brand, Marketing, and other teams
• Ensure all work is accurate, consistent, and aligned with the Frasers brand
• Handle confidential information with care
• Own workload and communicate clearly while prioritising change

Key requirements

• Experience working in a graphic design role
• Strong PowerPoint presentation design skills
• Portfolio showing presentation design, visual storytelling and business communications
• InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop proficiency
• Understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy
• Clear communication and ability to work with colleagues at different levels
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail across proofreading, formatting, accuracy and brand consistency
