Clinical Application Specialist, Northern Ireland

Overview

In this field-based role, you support the rollout of a robotics product across Northern Ireland (with occasional Dublin duties), working closely with clinical teams. You provide clinical and product support during procedures, evaluations, demonstrations, and training, while building strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, technicians, and hospital stakeholders. The role combines hands-on clinical support with customer education, aiming to improve patient care through innovative technology. You will travel to hospitals and contribute to scalable adoption and ongoing training, making a meaningful impact in the theatre setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and product support during procedures, evaluations, demonstrations and training sessions
• Build trusted relationships with surgeons, nurses, technicians and hospital stakeholders
• Support field-based implementation and training of the robotics product
• Deliver product demonstrations and clinical education in hospital settings
• Coordinate with clinical teams to plan early cases and training sessions with flexibility for travel
• Contribute to the rollout and adoption of the robotics solution across territory

Key requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar clinical, applications, medical device, or healthcare support role (desirable)
• Relevant clinical qualification (desirable)
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with clinical teams
• Ability to travel across the assigned territory, with flexibility for early cases and training
