Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements end-to-end across a range of project sizes
• Act as day-to-day client relationship lead with high-quality delivery
• Lead system strategy, specification, and selection (RFI/RFP) processes
• Oversee implementation and transformation programmes with practical, outcome-focused delivery
• Scope, budget, and manage client engagements within commercial parameters
• Analyze complex information to identify issues and devise pragmatic technology solutions
• Own project financials: budgets, costs vs. plan, timely fee collection
• Contribute to business development and cross-selling across the firm
• Participate in marketing initiatives: originate content, present at external events
• Coach and develop team members; support internal initiatives and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with firm processes across engagement take-on and close-down procedures

Key requirements

• Strong consulting experience in technology or transformation environments
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage senior stakeholders
• Experience delivering technology strategy, system selection or implementation work
• Strong commercial awareness: scoping, budgeting, and managing engagements
• Experience leading system selection (RFI/RFP) and implementation programmes
• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders; confident presenter
• Proactive, curious mindset with focus on continuous development
• Strong analytical skills translating data into insights and recommendations
• Technically astute with an understanding of enterprise architecture across applications, data, and technology domains
