You will handle commercial and residential property matters, driving outcomes across leases, covenants, and related claims. Responsibilities
- Manage commercial and residential property litigation matters including L&T, breach of covenant, TOLATA, business lease renewals, and rent reviews
- Specialise in property litigation and contribute to case strategy and outcomes
- Provide high-quality client advice and support within a boutique London firm
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain strong service delivery and firm culture
Key requirements
- 5-7 PQE
