Responsibilities

• Assess concerns raised and create detailed case plans
• Advise on risk and interim orders where needed
• Oversee or conduct investigations, interview witnesses, and draft statements
• Prepare investigation reports and allegations
• Keep clients informed throughout the process
• Prepare cases for hearings and collaborate with advocates
• Conduct regulatory litigation, including appeals and High Court applications
• Provide regulatory advisory input and contribute to policy development

Key requirements

• Professional regulatory experience within a healthcare fitness to practise setting (essential)
• Previous case management experience
• Strong technical expertise and analytical ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative, team-focused approach
• Strong client care skills and ability to manage own caseload
