Overview

In this role you work within a dedicated real estate finance team serving lenders, arrangers, sponsors and borrowers across borders. You will handle a variety of asset classes and cross-border transactions, including development and acquisition finance, with scope to contribute to a large, expanding practice. The opportunity offers clear progression toward leadership in the real estate finance domain within a global firm. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive impactful, high-stakes finance matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise sponsors, lenders and borrowers on real estate finance matters across borders
• Handle cross-border development, acquisition and corporate lending transactions
• Advising on a range of asset classes (hotels, data centres, build to rent, logistics, student housing, commercial)
• Contribute to growth and development of the real estate finance practice
• Support restructurings and complex financing structures

Key requirements

• 3–6 years PQE in real estate finance
• Qualified solicitor
• Proven track record advising on a wide range of finance matters within real estate finance
• Experience with cross-border transactions is advantageous
