In this role you will manage a personal caseload delivering commercially focused employment advice, spanning contentious and non-contentious matters for employer and employee clients. You’ll work within a well-established Bristol team, supported by experienced colleagues and a clear progression framework. Responsibilities

  • Manage own caseload with supervision, delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice
  • Advise on dismissals, discrimination, TUPE and redundancy
  • Draft and review contracts, policies, procedures and settlement agreements
  • Run Employment Tribunal matters from instruction to hearing
  • Support senior lawyers on complex or high-value disputes
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact
  • Contribute to business development

Key requirements

  • 1-3 years’ PQE in employment law
  • Confidence managing own matters with appropriate supervision
  • Strong technical knowledge across contentious and non-contentious employment work
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills
  • Proactive, organized approach with ability to prioritise competing demands
  • Interest in business development and expanding professional network
