Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload including high-value financial remedy work, private children matters, cohabitation disputes, and pre/post-nuptial agreements
• Provide clear, confident guidance to clients navigating complex personal circumstances
• Shape client strategy and contribute to case outcomes
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues within the team
• Strengthen the firm’s reputation for excellence and engage in business development or networking as appropriate

Key requirements

• 7+ PQE in family law (implied by role level)
• Experience handling high-value financial remedy cases and private children matters
• Ability to provide strategic client guidance and manage complex caseloads
