• Manage freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Handle new build transactions
• Oversee remortgages
• Address more complex residential matters
• Supervise and mentor junior colleagues

Key requirements

• 3+ years PQE as Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer
• Strong experience running a full residential conveyancing caseload
• Client-focused approach and excellent communication skills
• Confidence supervising junior team members
