Responsibilities
- Deliver client-focused outcomes through cost planning, procurement, and KPI achievement
- Uphold integrity and drive net zero carbon transition in delivery
- Mentor teams, champion innovation, embed continuous improvement
- Manage feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract selection with robust reporting
- Oversee estimating, cost planning, and valuations with clear stakeholder reporting
- Oversee contracts, claims, and completion processes to drive project success
- Mentor teams and sustain continuous improvement with a focus on net zero transition
Key requirements
- Degree in quantity surveying or cost management
- MRICS/RICS or equivalent professional membership, progressing toward fellowship
- Proven consulting experience with strong commercial and financial acumen
- Expertise in value engineering, sustainability, and stakeholder management within diverse teams
