Overview
In this role you will lead a 125-unit, eight-storey RC-frame residential development in West London, keeping the project on schedule, budget, and quality. You will work within a company known for community regeneration and large-scale housing, collaborating with site teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. You’ll manage from inception through completion, navigating complex build processes and ensuring safety and compliance on site. This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-rise residential project that shapes local housing supply and community outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery from inception to completion on a 125-unit RC-frame residential scheme
- Manage full site teams and supervise on-site construction activities
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
- Coordinate with stakeholders and subcontractors to maintain schedule and budget
- Maintain project documentation, reporting, and risk management
Key requirements
- Proven track record delivering RC-frame/high-rise residential projects
- Experience with reputable house builders
- Strong overall construction knowledge
- Effective leadership and team management skills
- First Aid, SMSTS, CSCS and Temporary Works certifications
