Overview

In this role you will support clients on complex transformation programmes, translating strategic objectives into practical technology and business solutions. You will work closely with client stakeholders and delivery teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and drive improvements across the full delivery lifecycle. The opportunity combines consulting with hands-on analysis in both business and technology contexts, offering exposure to major transformation programmes and client-facing delivery. You will contribute to shaping outcomes that enable change at scale while benefiting from strong training and career progression.

Responsibilities

• Gather and validate business and functional requirements
• Lead stakeholder interviews and requirements workshops
• Create AS-IS and TO-BE process models
• Develop user stories, functional specifications, and process flows
• Analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Support full project delivery lifecycle in Agile environments
• Assist with UAT and change management activities
• Perform data analysis and contribute to business case development
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Key requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in Business Analysis
• Experience gathering and validating requirements
• Experience running stakeholder interviews and requirements workshops
• Proficiency in creating AS-IS/TO-BE models and process flows
• Developing user stories and functional specifications
• Experience across the full delivery lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Experience with UAT and change management
• Data analysis and business case development
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Desirable: consulting/client-facing experience
• Desirable: CBAP or BCS Diploma in Business Analysis
• Desirable: experience across large-scale transformation programmes
• Desirable: strong understanding of software development methodologies
