Overview
Senior construction disputes specialist role leading and growing a regional Construction litigation practice within a well-established law firm. You will shape the construction offering and mentor junior lawyers, working with developers, contractors and property clients. You’ll drive momentum with leadership, commercial insight and collaboration across the Property Group. Responsibilities
- Lead on complex construction disputes, adjudications, defect claims, payment issues and contractual risk
- Collaborate with developers, contractors, consultants and property clients across the region
- Develop and grow the practice with support from a strong platform and partnership
- Contribute to strategic direction of the team and mentor junior lawyers
- Provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice to clients
- Influence and shape the future of the construction offering
Key requirements
