Overview
In this role you will design, build and manage Microsoft Power Platform solutions to help clients become data-driven and AI-enabled. You will work with cross-functional teams and act as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping intelligent automation initiatives. You’ll contribute to EY’s mission of building a better working world by delivering innovative technology-led transformations. This is a hands-on consultancy role with exposure to complex projects and a strong emphasis on design, delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy and manage Microsoft Power Platform solutions
- Engage with clients across business and technology functions
- Nurture long-term trusted advisor relationships
- Train and mentor junior staff and ensure quality of client deliverables
- Respond to client requirements with SME guidance
- Proactively solve problems and define innovative solutions
- Continuously develop technical and professional skills
- Communicate clearly in writing and speech; support client interactions
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 3 years in consulting, business analysis, project management or development in AI / Intelligent Automation
- Proficiency or certification in Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience or knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to articulate complex ideas
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
