Overview

As part of a market-leading Structured and Project Finance Team, you will advise on development and financing of energy and infrastructure projects, refinancings, and related advisory mandates. You’ll support high-value transactions for banks, developers, energy companies, and funds, contributing across the deal lifecycle from term sheets to financial close. This role offers cross-border, high-profile work in a collaborative, expert environment. You will shape financing solutions in a dynamic sector while developing a specialist practice with significant client contact.

Responsibilities

• Advise on full lifecycle of financing transactions from term sheets to financial close and post-closing support
• Engage directly with clients and lenders to structure and negotiate deals
• Specialize within energy and infrastructure sectors in a dynamic, diverse industry
• Support refinancings, project-related M&A, and low carbon advisory mandates
• Work on high-value, complex transactions with leading lawyers

Key requirements

• A qualified lawyer with 2-6 years PQE specialising in structured and project finance
• Interest in energy and infrastructure sectors (desirable)
