Corporate PSL – Manchester

Overview

In this Corporate PSL role, you support the firm’s market-leading corporate practice from Manchester, focusing on Private Equity or Equity Capital Markets. You will enhance the internal knowledge base, help with business development, and support client pitches. You’ll train peers, perform research, and monitor legal developments to keep the team at the forefront of the field. This is ideal for an experienced corporate solicitor seeking a non-fee-earning path with meaningful impact on clients and the firm’s offering.

Responsibilities

• support business development activities
• assist with client pitches from a knowledge management perspective
• provide training, research, and knowhow
• ensure the firm stays updated on legal and regulatory developments

Key requirements

• experienced Corporate Solicitor with training/experience at city, national, or recognised regional practice
• potential PSL candidate or 5+ PQE in Corporate for a non-fee-earning move
• supervisory/mentoring experience preferred
• strong technical black-letter law skills and ability to provide technical guidance
