Overview

As a Project Manager in AECOM’s London team, you will oversee medium to large-scale built environment and construction projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality. You will guide graduates, manage client and consultant relationships, and contribute to bidding and growth initiatives. Responsibilities

• Drive project delivery to meet time, budget, and quality targets while coordinating clients, consultants, contractors, and team members.
• Strengthen client relationships by delivering excellent service aligned with client objectives and business growth.
• Mentor junior team members, support career development, and foster a high-performance team culture.
• Support bids, business development, and knowledge-sharing; engage with industry forums and networks.

Key requirements

• Experience in project management within the built environment or construction industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

• Passion for delivering high-quality consulting services; proactive and adaptable.
• Professional accreditation (e.g. RICS, CIOB, APM) achieved or commitment to achieve one.
