Business Manager – Securities Services Operations Business Management – Associate

Overview

In this role you support strategic planning and business management within Global Finance & Business Management. You translate complex data into executive-ready insights and narratives to inform leadership decisions. You partner with Operations leaders to track objectives, risks, and progress, while driving continuous improvement and transparency. The role offers exposure to senior audiences, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to shape transformation initiatives and AI-related work streams.

Responsibilities

• Organize complex information for senior management, turning data into strategic insights
• Track objectives and key results aligned to Securities Services Operations priorities
• Craft organizational communications for global townhalls and events
• Develop materials for business reviews and strategy sessions with metrics, performance, and initiative updates
• Create ad-hoc analyses and presentations for senior management
• Support cross-line-of-business initiatives, including AI Book of Work and transformation programs
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen controls, and improve transparency

Key requirements

• Experience in Business Management, COO, or Financial Management
• Strong communication skills across all levels, including senior management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Inquisitive, enthusiastic, and diligent approach with a capability to challenge peers
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
