Knowledge Infrastructure Manager (f/m/d)

Overview

Inverto is seeking a Product Owner for knowledge platforms who will shape the firm’s digital knowledge ecosystem and AI roadmap. You will collaborate with IT, compliance, and leadership to ensure scalable, secure platforms that enable consultants to access and reuse knowledge. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, drive adoption, and keep a strong focus on business value. This role offers the opportunity to influence firmwide knowledge strategy in a global, matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve Inverto’s digital knowledge ecosystem
• Co-own the firmwide knowledge and AI roadmap and ensure platform alignment with business priorities
• Act as Product Owner for knowledge platforms, prioritizing initiatives and translating business needs into digital solutions
• Identify new digital and AI-enabled use cases based on feasibility and impact
• Drive adoption, usability, and measurable improvements in daily consulting work
• Manage governance, security, data governance, and internal controls
• Track KPIs (adoption, efficiency gains, platform performance) and communicate impact
• Lead change initiatives and coach Knowledge Infrastructure Specialists and Coordinators
• Manage external vendors and contribute to budget planning for knowledge/AI initiatives

Key requirements

• Degree in business informatics, information management, information systems, or comparable field
• 5+ years of experience in platform management, digital product ownership, or knowledge infrastructure roles
• Expertise in digital enterprise platforms, knowledge enablement, and AI-driven solutions
• Proven leadership in cross-functional or matrix environments
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable, secure platforms and processes with a focus on business value
• Strong stakeholder management with IT, compliance, vendors, Practice Areas, and Knowledge Management leadership
• Structured, analytical, solution-oriented thinking and passion for innovation
• Excellent business communication in English in an international setting
