Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, manage and close projects
• Be accountable for safety, programme and budgets
• Identify and own the project execution strategy and plan
• Coordinate project resources across teams and third parties
• Lead on commercial and change management
• Monitor, report and forecast project performance internally and externally
• Hold project team accountable for delivery, motivation and management of the team

Key requirements

• Extensive experience as Project Manager on multi-disciplinary EPCM/EPC projects, ideally in UK Infrastructure
• Experience developing project programmes
• Good knowledge of construction activities across disciplines and integration for delivery
• Practical knowledge of project phases: design, procurement, construction, commissioning
• Experience with NEC3/4 contracts
• Results-oriented with ability to deliver safely, on time and within budget
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and contribute to procedures and strategies
• Strong leadership, delegation and team management skills
