Overview
As a Games Analyst in London, you will drive data-informed decisions for our live and in-development titles. You’ll partner with game teams to model impact, forecast feature outcomes, and optimize retention and engagement. Your work will shape cross-team strategies and campaigns, with a strong emphasis on clear communication of complex insights. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with game teams to enable data-driven decisions through analysis
- Estimate impact of new features and analyse retargeting, reactivation, AB tests, and CRM activities
- Investigate user behaviour metrics such as churn, conversion, and LTV
- Partner with marketing to test and optimize retargeting/reactivation campaigns
- Build statistical models to analyse user behaviour, predict future trends and automate processes
- Consult with other game analysts to identify analytical opportunities across all games
Key requirements
- Previous, proven experience as an Analyst or in an analytical role
- Strong numerical proficiency and ability to contextualise numbers
- Track record of delivering quantifiable improvements
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel & SQL
- Fast learner in an agile, fast-paced environment
