Construction Manager

Overview

In this role you will oversee the delivery of a major energy infrastructure project in Aberdeen, ensuring safe and efficient construction across multi-disciplinary teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet programme targets while upholding safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities

• Lead Health, Safety & Environment controls and supply chain engagement, ensuring RAMS, safe systems of work and project controls are in place
• Coordinate daily site activities, manage programme delivery and short-term planning, and drive progress tracking
• Lead logistics planning, site access, plant utilization, deliveries and site setup
• Maintain project quality standards, ensure work aligns with design and employer requirements, and apply digital tools and lessons learned
• Understand and support commercial drivers, change events and contractor entitlement, and track productivity to manage cost and schedule impacts
• Promote one-project thinking across BB, joint ventures and supply chains and drive collaboration across teams
• Oversee risk management, technical issues resolution and buildability improvements
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance and advanced construction site safety management
