Senior Software Engineer (AI)

Overview

In this role, you contribute to a scalable AI-driven SaaS platform, shaping how businesses operate through robust software. You work across layers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn ambiguous problems into solid solutions. You’ll influence frontend–backend interactions and drive engineering excellence in a culture that values clarity and impact. Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production‑level software across layers (client-side, server-side, or both)
• Reason about problems and shape solutions before formal specifications exist
• Clarify frontend–backend interactions and system interfaces
• Communicate complex ideas clearly within the team and with stakeholders
• Collaborate in a cross-functional, high‑growth environment to remove obstacles and enable best work
• Maintain a focus on engineering excellence, quality, and scalable architecture

Key requirements

• Experience delivering production-level software (client-side, server-side, or both)
• Ability to reason about problems before a formal spec exists
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end interactions
• Systems-thinking mindset or full-stack capability
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and shaping solutions from scratch
• Clear communicator who can simplify complex ideas
• Deep expertise in any primary language (TypeScript, Python, Go, etc.)
• Enjoys building side projects and solving hard problems
