Responsibilities
- Advise on agricultural tenancies, estate management, and rural property transactions
- Manage own caseload and meet deadlines while supporting more complex matters
- Draft and review legal documents with strong attention to detail
- Develop client relationships through networking and sector events
- Contribute to business development and sector initiatives
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality rural property service
- Assist with land use, diversification, and renewable energy projects
Key requirements
- Qualified solicitor with experience in real estate or property law
- Exposure to agricultural or rural matters or strong interest in developing this area
- Ability to manage own caseload and meet deadlines
