Overview

As Territory Manager for Stryker’s Neurovascular portfolio, you drive sales and clinical support in London and Cambridge, partnering with cross-functional teams to implement strategic growth. You’ll be the clinical expert on the HEM suite, guiding education programs, case support, and workflow improvements to enhance patient outcomes. You’ll collaborate with surgeons, hospital leadership and KOLs to shape clinical practice and adoption of neurovascular devices. Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets for Flow Diverter, Intra-saccular and Coil portfolios
  • Provide expert clinical support for interventional neurovascular procedures
  • Act as subject matter expert for HEM portfolio: anatomy, imaging, device usage, workflow optimization
  • Support live cases in-lab or hybrid theatre for device setup and operator training
  • Design and deliver education programs, workshops and simulation training
  • Develop training materials and contribute to accreditation and competency programs (SKILL and StrokEnomics)
  • Mentor internal staff and external stakeholders to enhance knowledge of stroke pathways and devices
  • Collaborate with territory sales and marketing to grow key HEM accounts in UK&I
  • Identify and engage KOLs and clinical champions to influence adoption
  • Monitor competitor landscape and provide insights to business and marketing teams
  • Support case evaluations, trials, device introductions and business reviews
  • Ensure educational, training and device support activities deliver better patient outcomes and hospital efficiency
  • Operate within regulatory, ethical, and NHS procurement frameworks
  • Share clinical and economic insights to help hospitals make informed decisions

Key requirements

  • Bachelor in Life Sciences, Radiography, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent
  • Experience in medical sales; interventional neurovascular or related medical devices preferred
  • Excellent training, presentation and communication skills with clinicians and hospital leadership
  • Ability to travel and work independently in a field role
  • Familiarity with NHS systems and UK hospital procurement (advantage)
  • Strong collaboration across sales, marketing and clinical education
  • Valid full, clean driving license
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
