Overview
As Actuarial Analyst, Reporting, you support actuarial reporting for Lloyd’s Syndicate 457 and Munich, helping to build an effective MI infrastructure and drive process automation. You will work within a cross‑functional environment to ensure timely, group‑aligned results and contribute to the broader reporting strategy. The role involves delivering Lloyd’s QMB reporting and Solvency UK/QMA outputs, with a focus on accuracy and consistency across local and group requirements. Responsibilities
- Deliver Lloyd’s reporting processes, including QMB reporting and support for other Lloyd’s outputs
- Handle Munich reporting processes (Solvency II TPs, quarterly and annual reporting) and review related work
- Support international regulatory returns (US Trust Funds, Singapore MAS)
- Prepare data for Group quarterly reporting (AvE, major loss, ultimate forecasts)
- Assist with Actuarial Function Report and Annual Reserve Report
- Gain familiarity with data warehouse, underwriting, claims, and reinsurance systems; perform data extraction with SQL
- Drive ongoing improvements and automation of reporting processes
- Collaborate with IFRS17 project team to understand live BAU requirements and assist with development
Key requirements
- Mathematics or Actuarial Background
- 2+ years in an actuarial reporting role, preferably in the London Market
- Strong mathematical / statistical knowledge
- Willingness to expand knowledge in Reserving and Reporting topics and develop technical and management skills
