Overview

In this NAM for Key Accounts, you’ll lead strategic partnerships with major UK retailers to drive sustainable net revenue growth and brand visibility. You’ll shape a customer strategy aligned with UK objectives, work cross-functionally for flawless execution, and push category growth through assortment, pricing, and activation. You’ll monitor performance, optimize trade spend, and outpace market rivals through insight-led plans. This role offers impact at scale within a purpose-driven, heritage-rich company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a robust customer strategy aligned with UK objectives
  • Drive net revenue growth, market share expansion, and profit targets
  • Identify business development opportunities beyond the target
  • Maximize brand visibility and sell-out growth through activation, promotion, and merchandising
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and flawless execution
  • Identify growth opportunities through assortment, distribution, pricing and category development
  • Track, report and analyze sales performance, promotional effectiveness, and ROI within budgeted trade investment
  • Communicate key drivers of monthly sales growth vs LY
  • Monitor competitor activity and adapt strategy as needed

Key requirements

  • Strong track record in national account management, ideally within beauty, skincare, FMCG
  • Blue-chip experience
  • Experience managing major UK retailers such as Sainsbury’s, Boots or Superdrug
  • Proven success in achieving sales, market share, and profit targets
  • Commercially savvy with strong analytical and financial skills
  • Strategic thinker with ability to turn insights into actionable plans
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
