3DEXperience Transverse Project Manager

Overview

In this role you drive the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional 3DEXperience initiatives within the Unified Data Management portfolio. You will lead multi-country projects, shaping product strategy and ensuring high-value outcomes for Airbus aircraft development and services. You work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and integrators to keep programs on time, within budget, and aligned with quality goals. Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, cross-functional projects (multi-year, >€1m budgets) across Europe and India
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle from setup to run, including integration, planning, and resource/quality analysis
• Drive performance and risk management via milestone tracking, reviews, and change control
• Manage budget development, justify RC/NRC requests, and defend budgets in annual planning
• Coordinate travel and stakeholder engagement to ensure project alignment
• Ensure delivery adheres to time, cost, and quality referentials
• Support business and product strategy with KPI-driven value delivery
• Be prepared for approximately monthly business travel

Key requirements

• Proven experience in project or program management
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering
• Knowledge of Airbus processes and PLM domain (ideally)
• Ability to lead complex projects and deliver results
• Ability to drive improvement and innovation
