In this role, you will empower Wealth Managers and their teams to build more efficient, scalable, and client-centric practices. You will blend business coaching, practice development, and adviser enablement to drive sustainable growth through marketing, client experience, operations, and strategic planning. Collaboration with branch leadership and cross-functional teams shapes targeted interventions and development programs. You help translate insights into practical actions that improve adviser performance and business value. This is a mission-driven opportunity to influence wealth-management practices at scale.
Responsibilities
- Wealth Manager coaching for planning, client experience, growth, and succession
- Advanced practice development for top performers focusing on scale and efficiency
- Training delivery through workshops, programmes, and Practice Intelligence tools
- Practice assessments identifying gaps in marketing, service, operations, and team structure
- Content and programme development for coaching materials and resources
- Branch and leadership collaboration to diagnose needs and design interventions
- Performance support including tracking progress and milestone achievement
- Event representation at conferences and adviser development events
Key requirements
- Experience in wealth management, financial advice, or professional-services coaching
- Experience delivering training or adviser-development programmes
- Business coaching qualification (e.g., EMCC, ICF, AC) preferred
- Degree or equivalent level education preferred
