Overview

In this on-site Service Desk Analyst role, you’ll be the go-to point for first-line IT support in a fast-paced sports analytics environment. You’ll help keep mission-critical systems up and running during live events, working closely with traders, analysts, and engineers. You’ll learn from senior engineers while handling onboarding, desks moves, and day-to-day IT issues to enable high-stakes action. This role offers a clear path to advanced service desk or trading support, with a culture that blends sport passion and technology. You’ll be at the heart of action, delivering reliable tech support when every second matters.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for first-line IT issues via phone, chat, email, or in-person
  • Support live trading desks and sports operations during peak moments
  • Coordinate onboarding, desk moves, and setups to prepare users for high-stakes activity
  • Maintain IT assets and ensure systems run smoothly across trading and betting cycles
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues using Microsoft 365, Teams, AD, Intune, Azure AD, and cloud tech
  • Apply ITIL practices for incident, problem, and change management in a live environment

Key requirements

  • Degree or equivalent background (including military service)
  • Experience in first- or second-line IT support, preferably in trading/hedge fund environments
  • Confidence troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Teams, AD, Intune, and Azure AD
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with technical teams and business users
  • Curiosity about ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and interest in CompTIA A+ certification is a plus
