In this Senior Manager role, you will lead UK/US mobility tax work for private and fast-growth UK-headquartered clients, delivering compliant and strategic tax support. You’ll work across EY’s Global Mobility Tax team and with cross-border specialists to shape advisory outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Global Mobility clients, focusing on UK-headquartered private/fast-growth entities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality tax services
  • Oversee day-to-day delivery of UK and US mobility tax compliance and advisory work with technical excellence
  • Collaborate across service lines and global teams to spot UK/US mobility opportunities
  • Drive new tax projects and grow business from existing and target clients
  • Mentor and develop junior team members and participate in strategic management decisions

Key requirements

  • Expertise in UK/US taxation, including cross-border issues
  • Strong client-relations skills, including engagement with senior executives and C-suite
  • Project management abilities to plan, prioritise, and manage budgets
  • Ability to provide clear, practical tax advice in UK and US contexts
  • Experience reviewing complex UK/US federal/state tax returns and leading advisory projects
  • Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills
