Responsibilities
- Manage a full spectrum of family law matters (excluding legal aid)
- Lead the setup and growth of a new Bristol office
- Drive business development and shape the practice
- Supervise junior colleagues and maintain high professional standards
- Deliver excellent client service and contribute to firm growth
- Leverage own paralegal to support the practice build-out
Key requirements
- 6-10 years PQE in family law
- Strong technical and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage matters independently and supervise others
