Technical Coordinator – London – Residential Developer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drawing packages across disciplines and ensure timely delivery
• Liaise with architectural team to align designs with project timeline
• Collaborate with commercial and production teams during development phases
• Question and clarify design information across disciplines
• Review and interrogate design and project programmes, identifying critical paths
• Ensure compliance with Building Regs, NHBC Standards and sustainability goals
• Communicate effectively with all disciplines and levels of stakeholders
• Organise and manage people, processes and time
• Maintain high attention to detail throughout the development process

Key requirements

• Residential developer experience 5+ years on multiple new build developments
• Strong knowledge of the development/technical design process
• Proven experience with detailed design for residential schemes (RC frame, timber frame)
• Ability to question and challenge design information across disciplines
• Architectural background; AutoCAD beneficial
• Understanding of Building Regulations, NHBC Standards, and sustainability requirements
• Ability to read and interrogate project programmes and identify Critical Paths
• Degree level education or relevant professional qualification
• Strong communication across disciplines and to all levels
• Well organized with ability to manage people and time
• Team player with good collaboration skills
• High attention to detail
