Overview
In this role you will drive the group’s growth by identifying and securing new business in the hydrogen and broader green energy space. You will shape and execute the business development strategy, align it with company objectives, and engage stakeholders at all levels. You’ll represent the business at key events to open new sectors and partnerships, contributing to a cleaner energy future. This is a strategic, high-impact leadership position in a rapidly expanding renewables-focused company.

Responsibilities
- Devise, develop and implement the group’s business development strategy aligned with objectives
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of strategic initiatives
- Attend key networking events and cultivate new business opportunities
Key requirements
- Prior experience winning new business in hydrogen energy and/or wider green energy/renewables
- Proven track record of developing new markets within a growing organization
- Excellent communications skills; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
