Overview
As a Commercial Property Solicitor in our Bristol team, you will manage a varied caseload and help grow the department within a respected regional law firm. You will advise on acquisitions, disposals, leases and finance, handle transactions end-to-end, and foster strong client relationships. You’ll support junior fee earners and contribute to business development, delivering commercially focused legal advice. This role offers hybrid work after probation and clear opportunities for professional progression.

Responsibilities
- Advising on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property finance
- Managing transactions from instruction to completion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting junior fee earners and contributing to team development
- Participating in networking and business development activities
- Providing strategic and commercially focused legal advice
Key requirements
- At least 5 years’ PQE in commercial property law
- Strong technical knowledge and broad experience across the sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
