Lead Power Platform Engineer

Overview

In this role you drive the delivery of Power Platform solutions, guiding a small team to build high-quality software that delights users worldwide. You’ll balance technical decisions with user needs and business constraints while mentoring colleagues and sharing knowledge with customers. The position combines hands-on low-code development with technical leadership in a fast-paced environment. You’ll contribute to a people-first culture that values growth, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a small team to design, build, test, and maintain Power Platform solutions
• Provide technical direction and ensure alignment with software development practices (XP, TDD)
• Own technical aspects of Low Code projects including architecture, estimation, planning, and user stories
• Balance technical decisions with user needs and commercial constraints
• Interact with customers, share knowledge, and mentor colleagues beyond the team

Key requirements

• Experience designing, building, testing and maintaining modern software including Power Platform
• Technical management of teams delivering scalable, secure, performant applications
• Technical ownership of a Low Code project (architecture, estimation, planning, user stories)
• Experience balancing technical decisions with user needs and commercial constraints
• Expertise in Low Code design across all layers of a solution
• Experience with CI/CD techniques
• Knowledge of Power Platform; familiarity with AWS/Azure cloud platforms (SaaS/PaaS)
