Overview

In this role, you own the product strategy and roadmap for the GTM applications estate, driving an AI-native, end-to-end demand-to-cash platform. You partner with cross-functional stakeholders to maximise business value, adoption, and user experience within a global SaaS environment. You shape how revenue, marketing, and finance tools work together, reducing friction and enabling scalable growth. This is a strategic, impact-focused position that guides platform investments and vendor decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritise an outcome-based roadmap for GTM applications tied to measurable results (pipeline velocity, conversion, sales productivity, order-to-cash, billing accuracy)
  • Lead structured discovery with stakeholders to translate business demand into clearly framed problems and prioritised solutions
  • Manage the quote-to-cash road map end-to-end, focusing on reducing cross-system friction during the order-to-invoice handoff
  • Drive AI-native capabilities across the GTM estate to connect demand-to-cash in a unified platform
  • Oversee internal user experience and adoption, addressing friction and shadow work as product problems
  • Define value cases for investments and defend prioritisation to senior sponsors
  • Collaborate with delivery to sequence work and maintain discovery rigour without direct engineering management
  • Contribute to vendor selection and adoption of new features, with procurement handling contracts
  • Maintain product documentation and rationale for the estate, including billing integrations with NetSuite
  • Define and report metrics showing the platform’s business value
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to balance competing demands

Key requirements

  • Demonstrable product management of enterprise CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • SaaS product experience in subscription or recurring-revenue models
  • Understanding of quote-to-cash interfaces between front-office and finance systems
  • Exposure to marketing and revenue tech such as Marketo, Gong or similar tools
  • Proven ability to drive platform adoption using usage data and user feedback
  • Experience embedding AI-enabled ways of working and designing end-to-end journeys
  • Stakeholder management at senior level
  • Ability to partner with engineering and delivery teams without direct reports
  • Independence and maturity to run a value stream with minimal direction
