Overview

As Director of Client Relationship Management, you will lead SS&C Fund Services EMEA client relationships from London, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service delivery and proactively identify opportunities to expand SS&C services. You will monitor market and regulatory changes to shape client strategies and present performance insights to executives. This role offers autonomy within a high-performing team and a clear impact on client success in the EMEA market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute client relationship strategies for key institutional clients in the EMEA region
  • Serve as primary client contact, addressing inquiries and escalating issues as needed
  • Identify client needs and opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling SS&C services
  • Conduct regular client reviews, SLA assessments, and performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with operations, technology, legal, and compliance to ensure service delivery
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to inform client strategies
  • Prepare and present client reports, metrics, and strategic recommendations
  • Negotiate and oversee client contracts and service agreements
  • Operate independently within a high-performing team

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
  • Minimum 10 years in client relationship management within financial services, specifically fund administration or asset management
  • Proven track record with institutional clients in the EMEA region
  • Deep understanding of fund structures, investment products, and regulatory frameworks in the EMEA
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
