Overview
You will be the global Workday subject-matter expert focusing on Talent and Performance, shaping functionality to meet business strategy. In this role you support and enhance the core HR system while partnering with stakeholders worldwide to deliver reliable HR services. You lead end-to-end configuration, releases, and governance, driving continuous improvement and user adoption. This is an opportunity to influence Workday roadmaps and implement impactful changes in a large, global organisation.
Responsibilities
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for Workday Talent and Performance, driving improvements aligned with business strategy and Workday best practices
- Lead end-to-end configuration changes, including requirements, design, testing, training and documentation
- Collaborate with the business on Workday release items and ongoing improvements, providing solution design and training
- Contribute to Strategic Workday roadmap planning and prioritisation with the business
- Maintain system integrity, security and configuration standards; contribute to governance processes
- Lead Workday projects from design to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and standards
- Work with internal teams and implementation partners
- Support change management and user adoption activities
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant legislation
- Mentor junior analysts and act as escalation for complex issues
