KYC Analyst (UK)

Overview

As a KYC Analyst at Ontra, you will drive the seamless completion of Know Your Customer requests and support onboarding for new clients. You’ll help grow Ontra’s KYC services across the EMEA region, coordinating files, precedents, and stakeholder inquiries. You work closely with customers and counterparties to ensure accurate documentation and timely responses. This role combines operational rigor with client-facing communication in a remote-first, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• KYC request management: complete questionnaires, obtain supporting documents, and communicate with customers and counterparties
• Customer onboarding: organize and manage required files and precedents for new clients
• KYC service launch: contribute to establishing and growing Ontra’s KYC services in EMEA
• Customer communication: maintain clear, efficient interactions in a fast-paced setting

Key requirements

• 2+ years of KYC experience or paralegal work
• Prior KYC experience at a bank or private equity fund
• Customer-oriented with ability to gather information and resolve questions
• Attention to detail in handling high volumes of KYC requests, document collection, and coordination
• Strong, polished external communications representing the brand
