Securities Services Operations Business Manager – Associate

Overview

In this role you partner with Operations leaders to drive the execution of strategy and business management priorities. You blend strategic planning with cross-functional delivery and produce executive-level reporting to monitor performance, risks, dependencies, and progress toward goals. You will advance continuous improvement by streamlining processes, strengthening controls, and increasing transparency. This position offers a chance to shape how a global operations organization plans, performs, and communicates its story to senior leaders, at scale.

Responsibilities

• Organize complex data into strategic insights for senior management decisions
• Track objectives and key results aligned to Securities Services Operations priorities
• Develop organizational communications for global townhalls and keynote events
• Create materials for business reviews, incorporating metrics and updates on initiatives
• Produce ad-hoc analyses and presentations for senior management
• Drive cross-line-of-business initiatives, supporting AI Book of Work and broader transformation
• Maintain strategic links to business goals and requirements

Key requirements

• Experience with Trading Services and/or Middle Office, or Financial Management/Business Management/COO
• Strong communication skills across all levels including senior management
• Thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple priorities
• Curious, enthusiastic, diligent, and capable of challenging peers
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
