B2 Licensed Engineer – Manchester

Overview

In this role you support Ryanair’s 737 fleet at Manchester, delivering line maintenance, servicing and defect rectification. You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment, recover Aircraft on Ground events, and mentor junior staff while upholding safety and procedures. You will work closely with the station team to ensure compliant operations and ready aircraft. This is a hands-on engineering position with growth opportunities through type endorsements and leadership duties.

Responsibilities

• Routine servicing and defect rectification of Ryanair 737-800 and 737-8200 fleets
• Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery
• Maintain safe and compliant working environment per procedures
• Supervision and mentoring of aircraft mechanics and apprentices

Key requirements

• Aircraft Line Maintenance experience
• EASA or UK CAA Part-66 B2 License holder
• Boeing 737-NG type endorsement & recency
• Boeing 737-Max type endorsement & recency (Desirable)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Good IT literacy with AMOS experience (Desirable)
• Unrestricted right to work in the UK and Full UK Driving Licence
• 5 years maintenance experience and ability to complete EASA Module 9 & 10 (Human Factors & Aviation Legislation) if required
