Overview

As an Associate in the Agriculture, Rural & Estates team, you will advise landowners, estates and agricultural businesses on a broad range of matters. You will support senior lawyers on complex transactions while delivering clear, commercially focused guidance. The role involves client relationship building, networking, and contributing to the growth of the rural sector practice. You will work with a respected team and have opportunities to shape advisory outcomes in a dynamic, client-centric firm.

Responsibilities

• Advise on agricultural tenancies, rural land sales and acquisitions, and estate management
• Assist with renewable energy schemes and environmental stewardship projects
• Support disposals of rural land for development and complex transactions
• Deliver clear, concise, commercially-focused advice to clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service
• Participate in agricultural shows, networking events, and sector forums
• Support business development initiatives within the rural sector
• Contribute to raising the profile of the team and firm
