Responsibilities

• Client relationship management and reporting to Partners
• Deliver value for money in all circumstances
• Carry out duties efficiently per processes and procedures
• Comply with procurement/commercial/contractual strategies
• Own environmental, health, safety, security and quality standards
• Prepare and manage key stage reports from feasibility to completion and post-handover
• Prepare programmes, surveys and reports
• Manage multiple projects on live sites
• Assist with contract documents
• Manage multi-disciplinary project teams
• Administer building contracts
• Oversee design, H&S and commercial process
• From project brief to final completion and occupation
• Undertake asset management surveys and planned maintenance inspections

Key requirements

• Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline
• Ideally MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body
• Strong technical delivery experience
• Ability to manage complex projects proactively and diligently
• Excellent specification writing skills
• Good knowledge of JCT Contracts
• Track record in project management from inception to completion
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders
• Client facing with high technical delivery standards
• Ability to build long-term relationships
• Previously employed by a consultancy
• Experience managing projects with prioritised workloads and deadlines
