Senior Product Development Manager – Blockchain/Digital Assets/Payments

Overview

In this role, you will own the development and delivery of Digital Assets products within BNY’s Digital Assets team. You will define scope with cross-functional stakeholders and evaluate blockchain/DLT options to balance feasibility, maturity, cost, and time to market. You’ll translate business needs into requirements and future-state architecture for blockchain use cases, while shaping the operating model for a strong client experience. This is a chance to drive innovative fintech solutions at a global scale and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams. Responsibilities

• Own development and delivery of Digital Assets products
• Define scope and objectives for product deliverables with understanding of business processes
• Provide guidance on blockchain/DLT capabilities to select optimal path
• Analyze, define, and prioritize business requirements and functional specs with stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Technology and Operations
• Design future-state business architecture to support blockchain/DLT use cases
• Define operating model to enable client experience of novel products

Key requirements

• Experience in payments, fintech and/or broad financial services knowledge
• Preference for designing payments/liquidity products with a yield component
• Proven product design and development experience with strong technical aptitude
• Execution-oriented with ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams (PMs, designers, engineers)
• Strong communication skills and ability to gather requirements across cross-functional partners
