Knowledge Management Business Partner – Europe

Overview

In this role you will drive knowledge management initiatives across Moog’s European operations to support operational excellence and innovation. You will collaborate with regional leaders and the Corporate KM team to capture, store, and share critical knowledge. You will shape 1–3 year KM strategies and lead a regionalCapable KM support team, ensuring adoption of best practices. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to align knowledge assets with Moog’s global standards and strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build KM capability by establishing a regional support team and steering committees
• Develop and execute 1–3 year KM strategies to close regional knowledge gaps
• Collaborate with senior technical experts to capture critical process and product knowledge using KM systems
• Partner with Corporate KM and regional leadership to ensure knowledge capture aligns with future-state systems
• Define, measure, and continuously improve KM effectiveness via metrics and feedback
• Coordinate training and awareness programs to promote KM usage across all sites in the region
• Work with other KM partners, Instructional Design, and Data Analytics teams for enterprise KM alignment

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations, Business or related field
• 10+ years of operations, quality, or engineering experience in aerospace and defense
• 3+ years of people leadership experience
• Experience with ISO9001 and AS9100 compliance and related human capital requirements
• Proven ability to lead through influence and cross-functional partnership
• Experience leading organizational and process change
• Continuous improvement track record
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
• Solid technical and project management capabilities
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
