Compliance Analyst

Overview

As a Compliance Analyst at Ascot Group, you help implement and monitor the Compliance Framework across multiple entities. You advise on regulatory matters, support the annual compliance plan, and collaborate with internal teams to embed controls. You monitor regulatory developments and ensure policies and processes remain effective. You play a key role in governance, reporting, and training to sustain a proactive, compliant culture that supports growth.

Responsibilities

• Support the Compliance Framework across UK, Bermuda and Guernsey to meet regulator requirements
• Assist with drafting and maintaining the SMCR framework and related governance documents
• Contribute to Compliance Monitoring, risk reporting and horizon scanning activities
• Help execute the annual Compliance Plan and embed compliance controls
• Assist with regulatory reporting and returns (Lloyd’s, FCA, PRA, LIC related)
• Coordinate with business units to remediate breaches and ensure policy adherence
• Support training and development on regulatory matters for Ascot staff
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Claims, Operations and other stakeholders on compliance initiatives
