Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, evaluation, and deployment of production-grade AI/ML solutions
• Drive innovation in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, deep learning, and transformers
• Define the technical vision for AI products ensuring scalability, security, and business alignment
• Provide deep expertise in model development, experimentation, evaluation, and deployment
• Establish methodologies for LLM evaluation, benchmarking, and AI quality assessment
• Guide architectural decisions across AI platforms, data pipelines, and MLOps/LLMOps
• Build and mentor high-performing Data Scientists and ML engineers; manage goals and career growth
• Speed up execution through effective planning, resource management, and governance
• Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning; drive hiring and development
• Lead performance management and ensure collaboration with Product, Engineering, Research, and Business teams
• Promote responsible AI, governance, and risk management across projects
