Responsibilities
- Deliver transformation programs for Real Estate clients, ensuring outcomes meet engagement objectives
- Apply industry knowledge to design and implement operating model changes across functions
- Contribute to proposition development and thought leadership within the Real Estate practice
- Build trusted relationships with clients and support business development activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive delivery and solve client problems
- Support risk management and protect the firm’s reputation
Key requirements
- Experience in Real Estate transformation or advisory within a Real Estate firm or consulting firm
- Experience driving change across the Real Estate lifecycle and across multiple functions
- Knowledge of core business functions (e.g., Finance, Procurement) and Property/Investment Management operations
- Experience with client stakeholder engagement to deliver projects
- Understanding of risk and regulatory constraints applicable to professional services
- Willingness to learn, with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work effectively in teams and deliver complex projects
