Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse conveyancing caseload from straightforward purchases to complex portfolios
- Own and progress your own files with minimal supervision
- Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals and development projects
- Collaborate with partners to deliver pragmatic legal solutions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to business development and raise professional profile within the team and firm
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx with around 3 years PQE
- Solid grounding in residential property law
- Commercially aware and able to manage transactions independently
